Lightroom for mobile not working properly / it doesn’t recognize my subscription

 just subscribed to Lightroom mobile plan on iOS but it doesn't recognize my subscription...if I try to restore purchases I get stuck in this never ending loading circle...what can I do??? Can somebody help me? Already tried everything that I found in the fóruns....iTunes sign out, sign in...restart, restore purchase....but I can't get it to work.

Do you still have trouble with the Lr premium subscription? Just asking since I see an active subscription applied to the adobe-id which you are using for this forum. - Guido/ lr Mobile QE
