Question

Lightroom for Samsung no longer Premium after changing device

On my Samsung S21 Ultra I had the full version of Lightroom.

I could also edit photos by deleting details from the photo and other types of editing.

I changed my phone and now I have an s23 ultra and when I restored the data I had correctly restored the premium (or full??) version of the app.

Today I accidentally deleted the application, after have reinstalled it from the store I found the "basic" version and even with the login I can't go back to the premium one. Can you help me?

Do you paid Adobe monthly for Lightroom?

If not, and you have the free version, then maybe something hasn't worked in the full back up between devices (unsure how this works on Samsung and Android).

no, never paid...I downloaded the app and used it directly and it was the full version

It may be worth double checking that you have the correct account details as the app should just sync everything from the Cloud..

if you have a subscription, sign in at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ with those details to check that your Library in the Cloud has the photos you expect it to have.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I checked but can't find anything. It is written I'm signed up but I don't have a plan. In fact, if I remember well, when I downloaded the app on the S21 ultra, I don't remember doing anything other than using it directly with all the features available (maybe I just entered my email)
