Lightroom for Samsung not recognising subscription
Hi, I've recently finished a free trial subscription to Lightroom for Samsung and decided ro renew this as a paid subscription through the Galaxy Store. When I have then tried to use the lightroom app it does not recognise this subscription, and restore purchases does nothing, saying the account has no purchase history. When I try to subscribe again it does not allow me to do so as I have already subscribed to the premium features of the app.
I tried to use the chatbot and then speak with an agent earlier, but was disconnected.
