Lightroom Fotography Plan & iPad in-app Purchase for Premium Features

Hello Adobe, hello Community,

I'm a bit confused.

I'm considering to purchase the "fotography" plan for using Lightroom. In Germany this currently costs 9,99€ per month.

My reason for this purchase is the option to work on photos on my MacBook in Lightroom Classic CC and mobile on my iPad in Lightroom CC, as well.

Do I really need an additional premium plan (via in-app purchase) for the iPad App for using all features? In Germany this premium plan costs 4,99€ per month.

Do I really need both plans? Or do the "fotography" plan includes the premium features for the iPad App, as well?
