    We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

     

    Did you see a crash dialog?

    Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

    Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

    Its because its not my lightroom its for a friend, he asked me for help and im searching

    Without the Adobe ID under which the Crash Report was submitted, I am not able to locate it.  Find out what email was used to submit the report and direct message it to me please.
