Lightroom gallery not rendering with files exported and uploaded via new Lightroom desktop

I usually will export finished files from Lightroom Desktop so I can rename them. I will then upload them to a new Lightroom gallery and share it to my client. Since I installed the new version of Lightroom Desktop, any files that I export from Lightroom (usually I export to jpg but I tried tiff and dng now) when I upload them they look fine in Lightroom, but if I share the album and go to the shared gallery in a web browser, they never finish rendering.

Hi @plaiditude! Thanks so much for sharing those details. That does sound a bit unusual — I haven’t run into issues creating a shareable gallery from Lightroom photos myself. Is it happening with every photo, or just certain ones?

If you’re able to share a sample gallery with public viewing enabled, that would be super helpful for us to take a closer look. Thanks a bunch!

Hi @plaiditude!  Could you let us know which version of Lightroom you're using? Also, just to clarify—are you referring to creating shareable albums?

When you mention that the photos aren’t rendering, do you mean they’re not appearing at all, or are they showing up in a different way than expected? If you could share a screenshot of what you're seeing, that would really help us understand the issue better.

Hi @Aleke, 

I'm using the new 8.4 which was just released. I use the gallery sharing feature a lot and it usually works very well. When I just went back to my test gallery from earlier, I saw that the images were now there. So I tried again with a new gallery with 14 jpg files. Again it just shows rendering so perhaps it is just taking very long for Lightroom web to process? I'm refreshing the web gallery and after 5 minutes still not showing the images. This used to be ready as soon as the files made it up to the cloud. Here's an image.
