After purchasing & downloading Lightroom , its not getting

open in my laptop

Are you connected to the Internet. And, are you signed in with your Adobe ID and password when you try to launch Lightroom?

I am summing up all the communication history below

My laptop is Lenovo model G50-80

Processor is Intel core i5 5200U CPU @2.20GH

Ram is 16 GB ( up graded)

System type is  64 bit 

Windows 10 ver 21H2

Lightroom version 5.4

I have uninstalled & again installed .

Message as " successfully installed" & No error message during downloading..

Ensured while opening  internet connection...

Even then my Lr is not opening...

What went wrong ?

I'm only another user like yourself. I don't have all the answers. At this point I would suggest that you uninstall/reinstall Lightroom to see if that makes a difference. It's possible that Lightroom "thinks" you still only have 4 GB RAM.

I uninstalled & Installed .... 

After installation message shows that Lr is installed successfully..

After refreshing & restarting also Lr not getting open..The same stage " Not responding "message

Minimum RAM requirements is 8 GB, 16 GB recommended. You don't have enough RAM to run Lightroom. That's why the program isn't responding.

    I have raised RAM to 8 GB , and then to 12 GB also. Evev then Lightroom is not  getting loaded .

    Sorry ,,..i wrongly marked the " correct Answer".

    The problem still not solved...

    Still , even after upgrading my RAM to 12 GB its not loading...

    Please provide me the solution asap...

    Not a lot of information. What version of Windows? What version of Lightroom? How much RAM? Any error messages? Please provide information about your computer. The more information you can provide, the more likely it is you will get some useful suggestions.

    No error message while downloading..

    While opening it shows as Not Responding.
