Lightroom IPAD App. - App crashes when trying to export with a border

Dear Sirs 

 

Ipad Pro 4th Generation, 12.9 inch model MXF52B/A IOS 17.4.1

 

running the latest LR version on Apple app store 

 

when trying to export using the border feature for the first few images all is well and then the application freezes on the screen showing 'exporting' 

 

 

this happens on raw files and jpegs 

 

Using the fijifilm XT5 and X100V 

 

restarted the IPAD a few times, re-installed your app a few times, running no other apps whilst running LR 

 

No change seems to solve the problem

    Hey, @Darrel25308747umfj. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

     

    I have the same device running almost the same specs. How much free space is on the iPad? How many images do you export at once? Are the JPEGs & RAW files mixed in the export? 

     

    Try this in Lightroom Mobile,

    • Create a test album in Lightroom.
    • In the Lightroom view, click on the album dropdown menu > Album Name > three dots on the album.
    • Select 'Store locally' 
    • Export from this album.
