Lightroom iPad app locks up when presets are used

I am having a problem with Lightroom on my iPad.  Anytime I click on presets it locks up on me.  I researched this issue and tried some of the suggestions. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times.  It works for a short period of time then starts locking up again whenever I attempt to use presets. I have the latest update and my iOS is the latest.
