Lightroom iPad not importing all presets

Hello, 

I bought some presets recently and downloaded the zip file to iCloud. When I go to import the file into Lightroom on my iPad, not all the presets import. I did create a copy of the zip file to open. All the presets are there... with this in mind, all presets should have imported into Lightroom. 

Am I missing something?  I don't have a Mac at the moment and only my iPad (if this makes a difference).
