Lightroom iPad Pro upload speed,

im having a terrible time uploading images, if i do a shoot, with say 800 images, copy them from SD card to lightroom on my ipad pro (2018) it works like a deream, great workflow, then it all stops. 

syncing to the cloud can take days, im in fiblr broadband, even trie conecting ethernet and not using wifi but its just sooooo slow!

surely there has to be a quicker way? this means i cant get a shoot to a client for a week, when it could be a day, if ti worked, and were not talking huge files, the raws are 30mb ish. 

i wish there was an alternative
