Lightroom iPad stuck at Preparing your subscription

My Lightroom for iPad is stuck at this screen. I cannot subscribe further to Lightroom.

Having the same issue in 2025 is crazy but here i am. reinstalled, tried to sign out and back in. When i try to share it tells me to subscribe if i click the payment option it tells me im already subscribed.

I am having this same problem - my Iphone mobile app is stuck on "preparing subscription" but my Macbook says it's sync'd. I have reinstalled the app twice, logged in and logged back out, and it still is stuck on "preparing subscription." I saved work in my Iphone mobile app, but it isn't appearing on my Macbook.

I am having the same problem and have checked everything possible and it's still not working but has taken the money out of my account

I'm having the same issue. It has been stuck on "Preparing your Subscription" for days. I have an Adobe for Enterprise subscription, and my account page says Lr Mobile should be included. Lr Mobile has worked for me in the past, but it made me log in again and I'm stuck on this screen. I was able to import photos during my shoot, but I can't upload them to get to my main Lightroom Library. Did I lose all of my work?

I tried logging out and in again, and creating a personal profile, but that didn't work. I can log into Photoshop mobile. This is on an iPad Pro running 15.6.1

Are you logged in with your enterprise account or private account when seeing this?

Please check with your team admin if they have enabled Lr mobile for you.
PS mobile and Lr mobile is not the same service, which might explain what you are seeing.

Yes it did. When the problem did not solve, I had to subscribe through my
android phone.

Have you checked that your Apple id has payment correctly setup?

Absolutely, I have other subscriptions running through apple pay, e.g.

Hi,

In the normal case it should take minutes but it something goes wrong this message can be shown many hours.
Did this occur while trying to subscribe over the iPad?
