Lightroom iPad T20200915 error. Unable to load photos.

I am unable to load my photos on light room iPad due to the error code t20200915. Photos work fine on phone.

Thanks for these additional details.  This issue is uncommon, so the team needs time to try to understand this and come up with a solution.  I have no estimate for when that will happen, but will follow up as soon as new info comes up.


Hi Charlie,

I found a fix. I reset my network settings on my iPad. When updating to iOS
17, there must have been something that changed or was restricting.
Everything in the settings looked normal, so still strange. But the web
version was working fine on the iPad. Once I reset network settings and
logged out, restarted it worked again. Still not sure why I got the error
in the first place.

Please try signing out and then signing back in again.  If that doesn't solve the problem, does it help to reinstall the app?

This is a very rare issue, so both causes and solutions are not clear.  Feedback from Developer notes is that this error relates to SSL errors -- this means trouble using network traffic encryption.  Are you using VPN software, or are you employing new or strict security settings in network hardware that would block network traffic?

These may be longshots but still I wanted to mention them since SSL / HTTPS traffic problems may be introduced by strict security software/settings.

 

Another couple ideas:
- Does it help to try your iPad on a different network?  example: coffee shop wifi?
- Does it help to reboot the device, or apply iOS updates?  Sometimes these basic things can still help.
