Lightroom is not exporting videos

I am using MacBook Pro and LRcc 9.4.1. It exports my jpegs just fine and I was able to download one mp4 video but nothing else. It shows that it's exporting but nothing actually gets downloaded to my computer. I originally tried a batch then just one at a time and nothing. Thanks for your help!

    I was able to download it from the cloud no problem at all. I thought it might be a storage problem on my computer, but I have lots of room. Appreciate your help!

    Hi ​@LoveLouder.ca,

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand the frustration. Your photos export fine, but videos appear to export (progress bar shows activity), yet nothing appears at the destination. Since your files are synced to the Adobe cloud, go to https://lightroom.adobe.com/, find the same video, and export from there. If the web export produces a working file, this confirms the issue is isolated to the desktop transcoding engine and gives you a path to deliver your deliverables while we investigate further.
     

    If the above doesn't resolve it, please reply with:

    • The exact video format from your source (HEVC? H.264? What device recorded it?)

    • Your system info from the help > system info. Copy & paste its content here.

    • Whether the one video that did export successfully was from the same source/camera as the ones that failed?

    • What is the size & duration of the video?

       

    This info will help us escalate to the engineering team.

    Thanks for letting us know, ​@LoveLouder.ca. I'm glad you were able to export your videos successfully from Lightroom on the web.

    While that isn't the ideal workflow, I'm happy you have a way to access your videos in the meantime.
