Lightroom keeps crashing when looking at my photos on my sd card. I have Lightroom v9.4.1 and it's a free trial.

Question

I open Lightroom and go to add photos. As I scroll down and select, the photos aren’t loading and then at some point the application stops working. I have done this several times, to include restarting my computer, letting a reasonable amount of time to pass before I go through the pictures but the application crashes. At one point Creative Cloud didn’t want to open. The updates are automatic and I have checked to make sure the latest and “greatest” is applied but still issues persist. Also, I have a Samsung Galaxy Book6, that has been fully updated. Please help.

Hey, @Jalisa. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I couldn't find crash reports submitted with the account you've signed in to the community with. You mentioned you’re using a Windows laptop PC. On Windows, you can monitor the Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application Logs to check for error reports and share them here.
