Lightroom keeps signing me out

Please help! I used LR Classic for many years and had no issues on an HP laptop. I have a desktop Mac now with LR/PS and CCloud. I seriously am considering getting rid of all of it now because LR signs me out over and over again and Photoshop keeps crashing. It is also soooo slow now. I removed and reinstalled and my computer was snappy again without them. I've tried several suggestions. Hoping someone here has one that will work! Thanks
