Lightroom keeps syncing and wont open

see attached screenshot. The Cloud sync icon keeps spinning round and it wont open any photos or let me add any or edit. This is a new phone and i am a paid subscriber

Do you have it set to import from camera roll? Do you have images in LR - you can check at lightroom.adobe.com.

    Hi, no i have only got it set to manually import photos. I also am able to access it on my old phone so i deleted the photos sitting in lightroom as id already downloaded and saved them. 

    I also changed the setting to save it to an SD card but lightroom app keeps crashing and said it had a bug?!
