Lightroom lässt nicht starten

Ich versuche seit Tagen mein Lightroom zu starten, was bisher stets erfolglos blieb. Beim Starten des Programms hängt Lightroom schon beim Öffnen und kommt nicht über den Startbildschirm hinaus. Ich habe Lightroom jetzt schon mehrfach deinstalliert und wieder installiert, weiterhin ohne Erfolg.Ich bezahle jeden Monat 11,99€ und kann das Programm 0,0 nutzen. Ich weiß auch keine andere Möglichkeit mehr und bin auch kein Computer Genie, aber das geht so einfach nicht...

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on? You can use the Creative Cloud app to check the version of Lightroom & do any pending updates.
Has this happened since a recent change in your computer or a recent update in Lightroom? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Try opening Lightroom by right-clicking and selecting 'Run as Administrator' as the first step.

If this does not help, try these steps:

Go to the following location

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC
Press the Windows > Enter 'Run' > Type %localappdata%\Adobe
Rename the Lightroom CC folder as 'Lightroom CC.old' (add .old at the end)
Restart Lightroom.
