Lightroom library lost after corporate migration

My Adobe account was recently switched by our organisation to single sign on. My account is technically the same but it seems the Lightroom library isn't included with the file archive.
 
Is there a way of recovering this?

Sounds like all the photos are gone, then.

Actually no. Our cloud team has located your files and will be moving them. Please check later today and see if they are restored.
