lightroom license via microsoft asking to renew

Has anyone encountereed an issue where LR is asking to renew even though they have paid a yearly subscription via Microsoft Store? I am starting to regret this decision. I am on windows and Android...Both are asking for renewal even though a yearly sub amount was paid this year....
This is what I see when I open on Windows... It doesn't allow me to edit or import files... I have wasted months in a subscription I can't use. I spent hours on chat with MS to no avail. Not Happy. Any ideas?

Have you clicked on the buttons (Manage Plan) and (Go to Microsoft Store) for more info?

Unfortunately my problem lays in Microsoft reporting a transaction of payment as "Pending" even though the amount has been deducted from my PayPal and linked credit card. Adobe won't help me. They say it's Microsofts problem. Microsoft won't help because they need me to validate the email associated with the account (which is an old work account I no longer have any access to). They won't let me change anything without verifying the account and so I not only can't use LR but I have an on going charge every year that I can't cancel without verifying the email account I have no access to!! It's really crazy... I'm left with the one option to contact the the ACCC and Ombudsman to report being charged for a service the each company fails to provide...
