Lightroom Mac Extremely Slow

1. Adobe Lightroom MacOS 6.2 (Not CLASSIC, the app from Mac store)
2. MacOS M1 PRO

3. upload a photo, apply preset, reset the photo, LR crashes. 

4. EXPECTED: The photo edit should appear on the screen.
ACTUAL RESULT: the photo edits do not appear anywhere except in the small thumbnail. any further edits results in 200% CPU usage and freeze the app.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Apple’s?
