Lightroom manus changed size all of a sudden

All of a sudden this morning LR decided to change the size of the menus and whatnot.  I haven't changed anything in display settings.  They are so small I can't see them to use them.  Does anyone have a fix?

    Have you changed any of the interface settings within Lightroom? Look under Edit > Preferences:
