Hi @ritam_4226! Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I checked the email ID on your community account and found that the storage hasn't been used. Is there another email ID you're logged into the app with? Please share that over Private Messages.

Please share the version of Lightroom and the version of your Operating system you're using as well. Also, when did you start noticing this issue? 

While we wait, you can try these:

1) Reboot your device and update everything (the application and the OS) if you haven't already.

2) Pause and resume syncing.

3) Look for sync errors. Check out this HelpX article for steps and more info: Photos stuck syncing in Lightroom
