Lightroom Menu Bar out of Wack, Still

Hello....

I have a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24", Photoshop, Bridge, Fresco, Premiere Rush, ect all appear as I would expect on my Cintiq...  However both Lightroom & Lightroom Classic have their Menu Bars at a microscopic size.  Everything else works just fine within their interfaces, but the Menu Bars are out of wack. I finally broke down and upgraded from my Photoshop 6 Ultimate & Lightroom 5 to this new subscription standard last January, I thought by now this issue would have been resolved by Adobe and yet I still come across post in these forums concerning this exact same issue.

"Has anyone figured out a fix for this... and why hasn't Adobe addressed this...?"
