Lightroom mobile 9.2 - no upload from ios to cloude

hallo,

I have recently had the problem that no more photos are being uploaded from my iphone or ipad. They run into a synchronization error. Lightroom mobile loads and loads and loads. Only when I make a change and then force the update load is the image uploaded. But only the one. I can't always do this for many pictures. It used to work without any problems. What could be the problem?

I really don't know what to do.

Hey, @joachims85619356. Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'll help you figure this out.

 

Before anything else, please update Lightroom to the latest version v9.3.0 & later via the AppStore & check if that helps.

 

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA), and look for the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left part of the screen. If there are any Sync issues, ensure you have a backup of these images; you can clear them out & delete them from the deleted section. 

 

After this change, let Lightroom sync for a while & check if the sync behaves as expected.
