Si ya pagaba Lightroom mobile y me acabo de contratar el plan de fotografía para PC (PS y LR por $199 mensual), tengo que seguir pagando la anualidad de la app? O viene incluído con mi plan de fotografía?

The informtion Rikk shared confirms that a plan purchased on a mobile device does not include desktop app access. 

However, if you did also subscribe to one of the desktop+mobile plans here: 

https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/compare-plans.html 
...Mobile is also included..So yes, you should cancel the original mobile-only subscribed to avoid paying a 2nd time for the same service.
