Lightroom mobile and movies

Lightroom (cloud/mobile version) has limited video format support compared to Lightroom Classic. If your MP4 or MOV files aren’t importing, they may use unsupported codecs. Lightroom Classic supports a wider range of video formats, which is why they work there. Try converting the files to a more compatible format (such as standard H.264 MP4) before importing into Lightroom mobile.
