Lightroom mobile android: photos are blurry in review mode and offline

Hello,

When I'm offline I would like to review and edit my photos. I've downloaded my albums with the "store locally" option. Note that when I'm online everything is fine.

In edit mode, all the photos are good and editable.

When in review mode, if I pick one random photo from the grid view, it loads the photo properly even in review mode. But If I swipe to the next photo, then the photos are blurry and unusable.

If I pick a photo from the bottom carousel in review mode, it's not blurry as soon as the picked photo is far away from the current photo.

Is it a known bug?
