Lightroom Mobile Broken

Hi there people, not sure if everyone had come across recently on Lightroom Mobile but when I edit Photos the section for “Selective Edits” when i rub my finger to highlight the part i wanna edit the red highlights doesnt come out and as i keep goin back and forth sometimes it will come then stops? 

what could be the problem?
