Lightroom mobile camera disabled slide over

I am in Lightroom mobile on iPad Pro attempting to use Lightroom camera app to capture a photo. There is a message saying "camera in ´slide over´ is disabled". The button to take a picture is disabled.  I checked several places in settings but everything seems to be on.  I don't know what this means or how to change it.

You screenshot helped me understand.  The current design of the LR iPad app requires Lightroom to be in full screen mode for Lightroom's in-app camera to work.  The camera will not function in iPad split-screen or slideover modes.  Apologies for the inconvenience.  I'll ask the developers if anything can be done, but I suspect no change will happen any time soon.


Thank you Charlie!  Yes, that worked.  As soon as I expanded to full screen, the camera button was accessible.  Kind of tricky to figure out!  So I appreciate your help.  It would be very helpful, for others, if the developers could make the error message clearly state the requirement to expand to full screen.

Hello @wendyg51799511 ,

 

I know the Lightroom Mobile in-app camera well, and can't imagine what error this is.  Can you post a screen capture?

Please check that you have enabled access to Camera (ON) and Photos (All Photos) in iOS Settings > Lightroom

Good Morning!  I confirmed that, yes, I have IOS settings enabled with access to Camera (ON) and Photos (All Photos).  I thought I figured it out yesterday, but today it's back to giving the same message and I can't remember where that particular setting was to try it again.  Here is a screen shot.
