Lightroom mobile doesn't show all the pictures I took with Samsung S10

Hello,

Could anyone help me with this problem?

Mobile LR doesn't show all the pictures I took using mobile software camera.

 

Fe I took 15 pics, which I can see in phone's gallery but while adding photos to Lightroom I can see 5 and I have no idea how could I import these invisible pics Most of them are took in portrait mode (I am total begginer;) , but as I mentioned - I can see some of them, and some cannot 

 

Any tips?

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Adobe Lightroom. I'd love to help you figure this out.

 

Does this happen with only images taken recently, or do all the pictures in the gallery appear partially on the Import screen? Have you newly imported a large batch of photos in Lightroom?

 

Lightroom Mobile (Android) allows you to import images sorted by Time & Device Folders. You can try switching the option from the top of the import dialog.

 

Alternatively, you can import images from the gallery by choosing images in the gallery and selecting share > Add to Lightroom in the share menu of the android.
