Lightroom mobile error

Hello, I am using Adobe Lightroom since 2021 and from few months the app is not working in my phone, whenever I try to launch this app, a loading screen is appearing as I show it with attachment,

I leave it on loading about 10-15 minutes but no results, if I reinstall it, I will lost my all presets and data. Please guide me what should i do.
