Lightroom Mobile for iPad missing thumbnails

Help please!

I’m working mostly with RAW files and have noticed the thumbnails for some albums aren’t displayed at all! This makes using the app virtually impossible.

I’ve tried downloading the album to cache locally but that doesn’t get the thumbnails back.

My app’s also stuck at pending sync and seems to get nowhere even when left overnight, though the % has crept up from 9% to 30% I still have 368 photos pending    Anyway that’s an issue for another thread. The missing thumbs is the main problem.

I can’t really afford to re-install the app as I’m travelling in New Zealand and the internet is slow and $$$ so re-syncing from the cloud would be painful.
