Lightroom mobile graphic watermark

I am trying to add a watermark to my images in Lightroom mobile but the app does not allow me to access the Vertical offset option.

Regardless of the image or the watermark, I can only change the Horizontal offset - is this s a bug?

I am using Pixel 5, Android 11.
