Hi Dallas,

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble with Lightroom Mobile (iOS). We're here to help.

Could you please confirm the version of Lightroom & the iOS on your iPhone? Has this happened since a recent upgrade of Lightroom or the iOS? Does this happen with recently imported images, or do all the pictures on the iPhone behave similarly? What format of photos do you work with? JPEG or RAW?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check if everything is correctly synced & the number of images you see in Lightroom on both of your devices & on the web match.

If any images are pending to be synced, please backup them.

Try to uninstall Lightroom & re-install Lightroom mobile from the app store so that a new preview cache can be generated.

Let us know how it goes,

Thanks!

Hello! I have the latest version of Lightroom, on my iPhone 13 pro max phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice. It's only on the last album that I have edited. The rest of my photos are fine. All of my photos are RAW. Everything is synced and backed up. I did just notice that when I press on the photo it will go back to how I edited it. Then when I go to the next photo, the last one will turn green again.

We have found a problem in our cloud generation of thumbnails and previews which may be causing this issue.  We believe we have fixed the issue for newly edited images.  We will need to reprocess the old images.  Will let you know when that is complete.
