Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

Do you see an error or pop-up when you try to export images to the Camera roll? Has this stopped working since a recent update of the iOS or Adobe Lightroom? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Adobe Lightroom prompts you to allow the required permissions. If you have missed that, iOS has integrated preferences you can check to enable permissions to Photos manually.

First, try this:

  • Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos > Make sure it’s set to “Allow changes”
  • Go back to Lightroom and try to export images. It should prompt you again to allow access to Photos.
  • If it does not,
  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and turn the settings ON for Lightroom.
  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Photos and ensure Lightroom the Read & Write permissions.
