Hi @Angory, Thanks for getting back to us! While you have the minimum requirements, it could still put a strain on your device. Let's try a few things first:

1. Clear Cache: Go to Android Settings > Apps > Lightroom > Storage > Clear Cache.

2. Close Other Apps: When using Lightroom on your device, close all other apps before use.
3. Reinstall the App: Uninstall and reinstall Lightroom to reset any corrupted configurations.

Please let us know if you're still experiencing these issues, and we can continue troubleshooting. I hope this helps! ^CH

Hi @Angory and @Franksuel Andrade

Sorry to hear about the crashing—that’s definitely frustrating. This kind of issue is often related to hardware limitations.

Could you please let us know how much RAM your device has? It would also be helpful if you could share a few more details, such as your operating system and the version of Lightroom you're using. Once we have that info, we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further!

Regards,

Srishti
