Lightroom mobile/Lightroom iPad

Is Lightroom mobile and Lightroom iPad different app? I'm started to use full version on my iPad but now I can't edit RAW on my iPhone. It means I need two separate subscriptions?

Yes, there are different apps for Lightroom on the iPhone and Lightroom on the iPad. It does not mean different subscriptions, although I'm not sure if that also applies to the 'Premium' subscription for Lightroom mobile only.
