Lightroom Mobile not downloading images (Android)

Olá, tenho usado o Adobe LightRoom há 4 anos e nunca tive problemas com a app. Recentemente, comecei a ter problemas em descarregar as fotos da minha galeria para a as poder editar normalmente. Preciso de ajuda, pois a aplicação fica a processar e nunca dá para descarregar fotos para edição.

Which version of Lightroom Mobile and Android are you using? Did you change the network connection and check if that helps? Would you mind sharing more details on what exactly happens when you try to download?

What is your device specification? How much free storage do you have?

Please go to lightroom.adobe.com and check if your assets are updated there; if it is synced, please re-install the application once.
