Lightroom Mobile not loading preset

Hello! I've had two run ins with trying to upload a preset & it saying it's synced and not comes out or when I try to close out of it do it again it says it doesn't allow duplicates but where is my original at? It's with the Lightroom mobile app. It's not my storage I checked it.
