Lightroom Mobile not recognizing subscription

I have an Adobe subscription through my job at a University that includes Lightroom Mobile Premium. Our subscription was renewed a few weeks ago and I have been unable to use the premium features and it says "subscription expired". However, the subscription has been renewed and I am able to access all apps on my laptop, but not Lightroom Mobile. When I try to "restore purchase" as reccomended by some, I get an error message. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
