Lightroom mobile not syncing edits to classic

I'm having a ton of issues with sync right now. 

1. Any edits made in Lightroom mobile aren't being synced back to Lightroom classic. All edits appear fine in the web, desktop and phone versions of Lightroom cc. 

2. I have 32 hanging uploads from the phone version of Lightroom, 1 hanging upload from the desktop version of CC and 0 from the web version. I just don't get why all the versions of the same program have different data??!?!

I have tried so many things to clear these up, deleting apps, clearing caches, rebuilding sync data. Nothing is working. Any ideas?
