Lightroom Mobile not working

I have a Adobe Creative Cloud subscribtion but on lightroom mobile it says i have to upgrade to premium is this separated or should it work with my creative cloud subscribtion?

Hi,

your Creative Cloud subscription is a educational subscription, it does not include Lightroom mobile premium features.
