Lightroom mobile not working - needs update (continuous loop)

my problem is that the app stopped working. Used it last month and worked.

Yesterday i wanted to work with it. It says please update to continue.
This version of Lightroom can no longer be used.
Please update...(translated from german).

i click update -> google play says installed .

If i click on installed button i come to a update question (android 6.0) there i click install -> google asks password -> then it says just ok.

But the app is not working and asks for update again...

i can do this many times but nothing happens...

Smartphone is Samsung Note 9. Android 10.
