Lightroom mobile on my tablet, do I need another subscription for it on my laptop?

I have a paid subscription to Lightroom mobile on my android tablet but I'd like to work on my catalog from my laptop.  Do I need to purchase another subscription for the software on my laptop to be able to use it there?

You can get a subscription starting at $9.99 which includes both desktop and mobile. You would first need to cancel your Android subscription at Google Play.
