Lightroom Mobile Photos Not Showing Up

Hi there! I 've been a Lightroom mobile app user for years with thousands of photos saved and edited in there. I've gotten new phones several times since using LR and my photos always sync over. I had an Apple issue yesterday and had to restore my phone and re-download all of my apps. I signed back into LR and my mobile presets are in there / still available but I'm only seeing ~600 photos with the most recent being Jan 2020. So I'm missing thousands of photos! I'm wondering if they are syncing somewhere or not yet downloaded (since there's so many?) but not seeing where to find that within the app. Thanks for your help!

Hi, sorry for the trouble.

Double check that you signed into Lightroom with the correct ID. The one you used to sign into this forum is only signed into a 7 day trial which began today and makes me think you have another ID you have been using.

Sign in at Lightroom.adobe.com and let us know what you see.

Hi Rick! Thanks for getting back to me. Under my <Email redacted> I'm only seeing the photos from Jan 2020 and before (plus the couple I've uploaded this week). When I log in via Facebook, it's the same photos / account. I have one other email (<Email redacted>) but it doesn't look like there's an Adobe account for that email. Like I said, my old mobile preset purchases transferred over but for some reason, so many photos aren't loading or synching or have seemingly disappeared.

I am so confused on where years worth of photos saved in LR mobile went! 😩😭

Ive never used Lightroom on my computer and only have used free mobile app for years to edit Iphone photos. I wanted to make sure you had that info! Let me know what else you might need from me to help problem solve
