lightroom mobile premium account disappears after purchasing 1 year plan in google play store

I purchased 1y premium plan in lightroom android app, used it for a couple of days then premium functions just disappears. I cannot restore purchase.

 

I see in google play store reviews that many people face similar issue. about 10 similar comments (mostly from Chinese users) in past few weeks.

 

I believe this is a bug in your app that caused this issue. Could some look into this?

This is clearly a bug in your app or backend service that caused this issue. Could some look into this?

When I try to restore purchase, it will fail with the following message:

When I try to buy it again, it will show an error message saying that I already purchased in play store with a different Adobe ID (I'm 100% sure that I purchased with the same Adobe ID, the only one I have).
