Lightroom Mobile premium features not working after subscribing. (Android)

I have the lightroom app for Samsung. I subscribed to the premium features and in the Galaxy Store it shows that I have subscribed but the premium features are not working.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you see with the Lightroom subscription. We're here to help.

Which version of  Lightroom have you downloaded, and what is your Android version? Are you signed in with the correct Adobe ID? Have you tried re-login into the application? Does none of the premium features work? What happens when you try to use the premium features?

Uninstall the application, re-download it from the Google Play store, and check.

I tried everything. When I uninstalled the app and re-download it, all of my pics were gone and the premium features still did not work. I have canceled my premium subscription.
