Lightroom mobile premium not working

Question

I subscribed to the Lightroom Premium Edition on the Google Play Store, but the software's premium features are not available. When restoring the purchase, it will continue to show a waiting time, but after half an hour, it still shows a waiting time. After canceling, I clicked to restore the purchase again, and it was prompted that the purchase cannot be restored because it has already been applied for. May I ask how to restore my subscription to the Premium Edition
