Lightroom Mobile - Preparing Cloud Storage

Question

Since updating to the latest version, v9.2.2, on Android, I've been encountering issues with the app. It gets stuck at "Preparing your cloud storage," failing to complete the process and sync properly. Additionally, whenever I restart the app, photos and presets vanish, forcing me to start from scratch each time.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these frustrating problems?

Hey, @UzairKhanUK01. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with, and you don't have an active subscription in your account.

What version of Android are you working on? If nothing is saved after each restart, you can try to uninstall & reinstall Lightroom from the Google Play Store and allow all permissions when prompted.
